Thomas Patt.

Thomas Patt is a VAT consultant with 20 years of professional experience. Most recently, he worked as Director and Head of Indirect Taxes for Eastern Switzerland and Liechtenstein at one of the "Big Four" companies. He specializes in advising companies in a wide range of industries on national and international VAT issues, restructurings, corporate acquisitions, and VAT controls. This includes in particular internationally active banks, insurance companies, asset managers and fund structures, as well as internationally operating companies, foundations, and non-profit organizations. 

He is a lecturer on Value-Added Tax in the Certificate and Diploma Programme in Fiduciary Services at the University of Liechtenstein. In addition, he regularly publishes on current VAT topics and appears as a speaker at relevant professional events.
